I taught Ruby to high-five using the video below, and it's my favorite trick of hers.
I'm curious what other tricks or behaviors have been fun or useful for you. I swore that I would get more training done during quarantine but mostly I'm just doing it to entertain myself at this point....
This is a great video. Gonna try it with Sevi. He already gives us his paw on command and we can also specify which paw we want. Sevi also knows the commands "spin", "show me your belly", "go to your bed" along with the usual sit, stay, down and come. I've tried to get him to flip a treat off his nose but he just let's it slip to the floor. Okie could do "downward dog" but Sevi hasn't been able to grasp the concept. We did have him retrieving specific toys ("go get your wubba, bone, spikey ball, etc) but he eventually would destroy the toy to the point that it was unrecognizable, though it was fun saying "go get your faceless squirrel" or "where's your monkey head"while they lasted.
